Role title: Sales manager – B2B, Latvia (marine collagen)
Department: Commercial department
Reporting to: Managing Director
Purpose of the role: Sales of the collagen product – Col Du MarineTM
Office hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 / 1 hour lunch
End value products of the role: Completed sales transactions. Acquired customers. Turnover. Gross profit
Key result areas:

Identification of the customer segments on the market

Communication with customers for the first sale (meetings, calls)

Presentation of the product to customers
-
Entering customers into CRM system
-
Maintaining the communication with customers to grow together
-
Implementing best practices for effective repeated orders management
-
Reporting the sales via CRM and qualitative reports
Needs to know:

Understanding of the complete sales process of the collagen to stockists.

Latvian – verbal and writing general proficiency
-
Russian – verbal and writing general proficiency
-
English – verbal and writing general proficiency
-
MS Office, CRM systems use
Additional knowledge:

Understanding of the customer’s psychology

Understanding of the financial planning (budgeting the sales)

Understanding of the contract management

Physical marketing support – organization of the trade shows and participation in them
Preferably with own car / B-category driving license
Wage – 1000 EUR basic salary (after taxes) + % from gross margin + transportation expenses
